Zane Networks is proud to serve as a local Certified Business Enterprise subcontractor to Public Consulting Group (PCG) in support of the District of Columbia’s Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF). The District has selected PCG to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the implementation of a new Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and other core Medicaid enterprise components.
This modernization effort, which kicked off in April 2025, is a critical step toward improving the delivery, transparency, and accountability of Medicaid services across the District. As a member of the IV&V team, Zane Networks began contributing key personnel to the engagement in May, bringing local expertise including senior MMIS and health data experts to support DHCF’s goals.
“Our team is proud to support the District’s transformation of its Medicaid enterprise systems,” said Alexandra Jellerette, President of Zane Networks. “This work ensures that essential healthcare systems are not only modernized but also meet rigorous standards of functionality, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.”
Independent Verification and Validation services play a critical role in ensuring federally funded technology implementations like MMIS are carried out with the highest level of accountability, quality, and compliance. By partnering with PCG on this effort, Zane Networks continues its commitment to supporting health IT initiatives that improve care for underserved populations while strengthening the region’s healthcare infrastructure.
