Tani is an eHealth Technical Assistant specializing in technical support for behavioral health agencies and healthcare providers. She has expertise in data analysis and reporting, EHR systems, user training, and policy creation. Tani has trained clinical and administrative teams on EHR use, developed Epic-based automated reports to track patient volumes and appointments, and supported organizations through EHR migrations from Epic to Credible including data validation and issue resolution to ensure accurate reporting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering, and a Master of Business Administration earned as a Fulbright Scholar. Tani is passionate about leveraging technology to support clinicians in improving patient outcomes.
