Renae McDermott has experience as an outpatient Staff Nurse and Care Manager, along with extensive experience with Quality Review and Compliance and private practice compliance consulting on the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and National Committee For Quality Assurance (NCQA)’s Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). She was a Project Manager performing Electronic Health Records Care Plan design, compliance, and support, including using eClinical Works (eCW) and care management coordination. She holds a master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing (CNL) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Baltimore. Certifications include Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Content Certified Expert (CCE) (January 8, 2018 – January 8, 2020) and Clinical Nurse Leader (March 2012 – December 2022).
