Leliveld “Lee” Emeni, PMP, CPHIMS, PCMH CEC is a Health IT Program Manager with over 10 years of knowledge and experience in the field of Health Information Technology. As a Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems, Mr. Emeni has used his knowledge and experience in managing and implementing complex information systems. He has worked extensively in multiple states to help providers improve the quality of care by effectively using healthcare technology. Mr. Emeni has helped over 44 organizations which encompass more than 471 providers select, adopt and implement Certified Electronic Health Record Technology in the Promoting Interoperability Program. He has led Technical Assistance projects working with independent providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers FHQHCs, and Health Systems.
As a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home PCMH Content Expert, Mr. Emeni has also worked with healthcare organizations to transform their practices. This included assisting them to implement a Patient-Centered Medical System of Care and the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative. With a bachelor’s degree in Biology and certifications in Information Systems, Project Management & Patient Center Medical Home, Mr. Emeni can help practices improve quality, reduce cost and achieve better care for their patients.
