Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, updating, and monitoring Salesforce for the company. They will partner with users to ensure the system meets current business needs and be responsible for developing and enhancing the system.

CRISP’s Salesforce org is central to business processes for all internal teams, including sales, technical operations, and customer support. We use Salesforce to manage Account and Contact data for over 2,000 organizations and 80,000 individuals. Many of our end-user applications rely on Salesforce API connections for real-time data reads.

The Salesforce Administrator will lead new integration efforts, continuously improve data schemas for accurate and robust relationship information, and ensure existing data and integrations are maintained for 24×7 reliability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual in this role is responsible for:

  • Lead SFDC projects starting with an enterprise wide redesign.
  • Independently increase productivity through system customizations, owning the full software development lifecycle.
  • Design sensible, extensible permission sets and profiles to protect sensitive resources. Develop efficient auditing processes to quickly address anomalous logins.
  • Lead effort to standardize development practices and implement source control.
  • Create and support the development of reports and dashboards that yield business improvements.
  • Run and store weekly snapshot of the system data and regularly complete data quality dashboards.
  • Resolved escalated user problems in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate required
  • Salesforce Developer Certificate preferred
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and best practices
  • Ability to create and understand technical documentation
  • Ability to manage the Software Lifecycle Development Cycle in an organized fashion
  • Understanding of data encryption principles, including VPN and TLS connections
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues.

Education and/or Experience

  • 4-year college degree or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years Salesforce administration and development experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 /hour
